When you arrive, please find the main merch table to receive your laminates, drink tickets and t-shirts.

We ask at this time that you send us each band members shirt size so that we can be sure to have them on hand. If you do not give us your shirt sizes ahead of time, we cannot guarantee will have your size(s) available. Please get your sizes to us before April 20 so we can be sure to order the right sizes.

In the coming weeks, we will be putting out a sampler CD in which each band may submit a song. This is optional. The CD will have respectively one song from each band that will be performing, who give consent. The insert will have the event info as well as each bands name, song title and web address. If you wish to participate in this year’s sampler, please email us a high quality mp3 of the song you desire to have included along with the song title. Send email to (flmetalfest@spaterrock.com) with “song submission” in the topic.

LOAD TIME

Try to show up early. Each band and all of it’s members, must arrive no later than 90 MINUTES before their scheduled set time.
Prepare to be flexible. Although we will be making every effort to keep things running smoothly and on time, there is always the possibility of an unforeseen situation. Therefore, you may be asked to go on a little earlier, or a little later than the schedule shows.
If any band is going to be late, or if any member of any band will be late in such a way that will adversely effect the schedule, that band may be cancelled. We will first try to establish whether a compromise can be made, but ultimately, we can not guarantee a slot if you are late.

There is a set of doors around the side of the building on the parking lot side. (facing the main entrance it will be the right side) This is where we load.
These doors are for loading and unloading only. Once you have loaded or unloaded your gear, you will have to use the main entrance.

Each band will get ½ hour of playing time. You should set your gear up at the loading side of the stage and have it ready to swiftly move onto the stage area as soon as the band before you removes their equipment.
When you are done performing, you must swiftly move you gear off the front of the stage and tear down after it is removed from the stage. There is a system and we will help you through it for the smoothest transition possible.
You will need to bring your own instruments, amps and drums.

Each band member will receive a laminate, two drink tickets (good for draft beer or soft drink) and a t-shirt.

This should prove to be a great time for all. We are looking forward to each band’s brand of kick-ass!
